Canada- This year, Canadian Armenians will commemorate the 95th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. This year is a year of faith, a year where a miracle took place, a miracle of unity, unity of common grief, unity of our revolt against evil of humanity.

 

So here is the full list of events that will take place in different Canadian provinces and cities:

6:00 p.m.: Reception for Members of Parliament and Senators - Parliament Building in Ottawa (by invitation only)

7:30 p.m: The Opening of the exhibition at the Holocaust Museum, 5151 Côte-Sainte-Catherine, Montreal

 
The exhibition will be available for public viewing from April 22 to May 16 during the museum's regular hours which are: Mondays through Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The event will feature a performance by Jivan Gasparyan Jr. and a keynote address by the award winning Middle East correspondent for The Independent, Robert Fisk. Mr. Ken Hachikian from the ANCA will give an update on the status of Genocide recognition in the US.
